1. Navy Pier IMAX Theatre
The only one of it's kind in Chicago this immersive movie theatre boasts a screen measuring 60 feet high and 86 feet wide, making it the most immersive way to watch a movie, especially when watching a 3D showing.
2. Chicago Shakespeare Theater
In less than 20 years this unpretentious Bardic troupe moved from the back of a Lincoln Park Pub to now it's multimillion-dollar facility on Navy Pier with spectacular Lake Michigan Views. With a Tony award under it's belt for regional theater excellence this theater offers Shakespeare, of course, as well as a range of different theater productions and the occasional musical.
3. Navy Pier Ferris Wheel
Spotted a mile away is the iconic Centennial Ferries Wheel which after it's major upgrade during the pier's 100th anniversary in 2016 it now stands nearly 200 feet tall. With the upgrade it now features, enclosed gondolas so it can now operate year now for endless views of Chicago.
4. Crystal Gardens
A six-story atrium encloses this beautiful botanical garden stocked with palm trees, fountains and lush foliage. The Crystal Garden offers beautiful views of the lakefront, Chicago skyline and located just steps from the main entrance of the Navy Pier.
5. Navy Pier, Festival Hall
The Pier's massive exhibition hall spends much of the year playing host to conventions, but it's also where you'll find some of the best temporary and seasonal attractions, including the annual Chicago Flower & Garden Show and the Winter Wonderfest.
